The 2024 Kia Sorento comes in five main trim levels. They are all equipped with three rows of seating and an impressive list of advanced driver assistance technology.
LX
The entry-level Sorento is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers 191 horsepower for the spunky SUV. Front-wheel drive is standard. Bright LED headlights keep the road ahead illuminated for your 17-inch alloy wheels to travel down. Forward collision warning, lane keeping assistance, and blind spot warning with rear cross traffic warning are all standard safety assistance features.
The 60/40 split folding second-row bench seat makes it easy to bring everyone along. The excellent six-speaker sound system makes these trips more fun. A beautiful 12.3-inch touchscreen can be quickly connected to your smartphone using wireless Apple CarPlay or wireless Android Auto.
S
You can secure additional cargo for your family trip using the S trim’s roof rails. Keyless entry and push button start make for an easy way to start the journey. Once inside, you’ll be enjoying your power-adjustable driver’s seat.
It’ll be easier to get where you’re going using the infotainment’s system navigation system. Once you arrive, front and rear parking sensors give you an extra boost of confidence as you slide into tight parking spots. You’ll also have comforts like the dual zone climate control system and wireless smartphone charging pad.
EX
The sporty EX trim switches the engine for a 2.5-liter turbocharged option. They’ve paired this with an eight-speed automatic transmission. This trim also changes out the second-row bench seat for two captain’s chairs. This reduces the seating capacity to six passengers.
The EX trim can be had as part of the X-Line. Choosing the X-Line gives the EX all-wheel drive, raised roof rails, and a panoramic sunroof. The X-Line also comes with a stylish silver trim on the exterior.
SX
A panoramic sunroof lets plenty of light into the fun SX trim. Notably, this trim gets a 360-degree camera system that offers a top view of the Sorento for enhanced visibility.
Additionally, the SX comes with a blind spot camera. This will give you a live feed of vehicles hanging out in your blind spot. When you’re changing lanes, the feed will appear on the SX’s large digital instrument panel, where it’s easy to see at a glance.
SX Prestige
The SX Prestige can come with the X-Line or X-Pro. The X-Line SX Prestige adds all-wheel drive, leather upholstery, and ventilated front seats. Bose’s 12-speaker sound system adds plenty of fun to your next family road trip. The X-Line Pro comes with 17-inch wheels.
